The 3 Manifesting Journeys Every Entrepreneur Should Know
Aug 15, 2025When you set a manifesting goal, you want it to happen as quickly and as easily as possible, right?
Well, there are actually three different routes you can take — and knowing which one you’re on (and being open to shifting between them) can help your goals appear in your reality much faster and with far less struggle.
Why This Matters for Business Owners
If you’ve ever taken business courses, followed online trainings, or absorbed advice from YouTube, you’ve likely been trained to use just one of these manifesting paths.
But there are two others — and they can often be quicker, more aligned, and more expansive.
We’re each designed with a core desire to express ourselves and to bring our unique vision into reality. The resources, abilities, and opportunities we need already exist for us. The only thing between you and your goal? Blocks. Remove them, and the path becomes clear.

The 3 Journey Types:
Type A: You Know Where You’re Going and How to Get There
Type A is the “planner’s journey.” You know your goal, you know exactly how to get there, and you’ve likely done it before.
The upside:
-
Feels confident and comfortable
-
Minimal insecurity or doubt
-
A predictable structure
The downside:
-
Attaching to past methods and expecting identical results
-
Over-planning and over-controlling the “how”
-
Reduced openness to unexpected opportunities
This type can work, but it can also slow you down if you’re too tightly attached to the plan. Sometimes, shifting from Type A into a more open approach creates space for faster, more aligned results.
Type B: You Know Where You’re Going but Only Part of the Path
Type B is the “half here, half there” journey. You know your goal and have a general idea where to start — but you’ve never done it before and you’re not entirely sure of the full bridge to get there.
You might think: I’ll start with a website. Maybe I’ll reach out to potential clients. You have some structure but also space for exploration.
The upside:
-
Balances planning with flexibility
-
Leaves room for discovery
-
Allows for some adventure in the process
The challenge:
Your inner control freak might take over. You might fill gaps with busywork or “shoulds” instead of truly inspired action. Doubts and insecurities can creep in: Am I good enough? Is this ever going to happen for me?
How to work this journey: Treat each step as a mini-experiment. Follow your inspiration, act without expectation, and trust that your intuition knows the way — even when the results aren’t immediate.
Type C: You Know the Goal but Have No Idea How to Get There
Type C is the “quantum leap” journey. You’re clear on the destination, but you have no plan, no idea where to start, and no attachment to how it will happen.
This is maximum openness — and it’s powerful.
Instead of forcing a path, you ask: What’s my next step? Where do I start? Then you act on the guidance you receive, trusting that the universe sees opportunities your brain can’t.
It feels uncomfortable at first because you’re letting go of control. But when you release rigid plans and blocks, the universe can connect you with your goal faster than you ever imagined.
My Shift from Type B to Type C
Recently, I set a goal to book more speaking gigs. My Type B plan was clear: update my website, create a video speaker reel, and make a list of contacts to reach out to.
But something felt off. My inner guide kept saying, Work on your trainings instead.
So I followed the nudge. Three days later, during a casual chat with a partner at the Small Business Development Center, she said, “Have you ever thought about being an inspirational speaker? I know people who are looking.”
That introduction was exactly what I’d been aiming for — but it came through a completely different route than my original plan. By shifting from Type B to Type C, I opened the door for a faster, more aligned outcome.
Comparing the 3 Types
Type A:
-
Knows the goal and exact steps
-
Predictable but can be rigid
-
Risks missing new opportunities
Type B:
-
Knows the goal and part of the plan
-
Balances structure and flexibility
-
Risks overthinking or filling gaps with busywork
Type C:
-
Knows the goal but has no plan for the “how”
-
Fully open to inspired action
-
Can feel uncomfortable but often delivers fastest results
Which Journey Should You Use?
There’s no “best” type for every situation. The right one is the one that aligns with your current energy and calling.
Ask yourself:
-
Which type am I in right now?
-
Am I here out of inspiration, or out of habit and control?
-
Would shifting to another type bring me closer to my goal?
You may move between all three during one manifestation. But practicing Type C — full openness and inspired action — can often bring results faster and with more ease.

Final Notes for Entrepreneurs
-
Release the timeline. “By the end of August” might sound powerful, but what if it could happen today?
-
Small steps matter. Momentum builds from energy, not force.
-
Stay open to change. You can shift from A to B to C and back again whenever you feel called.
Remember: you were designed for the goals you’re pursuing. The universe knows the path — your role is to align, clear the blocks, and follow inspired action.
Because when you hold the vision but release the “how,” your business can grow in ways far greater than you could have planned.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Should I Do If My Last Type A Manifesting Attempt Didn’t Work?
Past results don’t necessarily mean it’s going to happen the same way this time. But remember, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
The key isn’t whether you’ve done it before — it’s your energetic space. Why are you doing it? Is it because you’re “supposed to” or because it worked in the past? Or are you genuinely feeling called to do it?
Just because it didn’t work last time doesn’t mean it won’t work now — because who you are is different. In manifesting, there’s no “should.” There’s only your truth, your energy, and your space.
How Can I Stop Comparing My Current Manifestation to Past Results?
You’re not the same person you were last time — not even the same person you were last night. Your mood, your surroundings, your opportunities — they’re all different. The same is true for the entire universe.
Trying to repeat the past creates a block. You can’t repeat it because everything is different. The opportunity to align and create miracles is unique to this moment. Focus on inspired action now, rather than recreating what was.
How Do I Know When to Plan My Manifestation vs. Letting Go?
Aligned action sometimes includes planning — but you don’t plan and then take the action you planned. The order matters.
When you’re in Type A, you plan, “Tomorrow I’ll do this because it’s next on the list.” That’s rigid. Instead, finish your current phase and ask, “What do I feel called to do next?”
Planning is fine if it’s coming from your soul, your light, your energy — not from control or fear. And the how matters too. Are you using the words and ideas that inspire you, or just following a formula because you’re “supposed to”?
Is There a Best Manifesting Journey Type for Money, Relationships, or Career Goals?
The best type is the one you’re aligned to right now. My best type might not be yours. We each have different callings, backgrounds, and ways the universe works through us.
The key is to notice which type you’re on and ask if it’s truly serving your success — or if it’s highlighting a block you need to clear.
Does Partial Experience Count as a Type B Manifesting Journey?
These types aren’t labels — they’re tools. They’re meant to help you find and clear blocks, not to box you into a rigid category.
Success in manifesting is alignment and calling — and about 80–90% of the work is identifying and removing blocks. Between you and your goal, it’s not time or resources that matter most — it’s whether you’ve cleared the blocks in your way.
What If I Have No Idea Where to Start Manifesting?
If you’re truly called to it, your inner guide already knows how to get you there. Stop thinking about ideas and start feeling them. Ask your soul or your heart center:
Where do I begin? How can I live this journey in a way that’s fulfilling and joyful?
The answer may come as a word, a color, a sudden inspiration. I’ve been inspired to take a walk, and that walk led me to two new clients. The universe knows what you don’t — it designed you to succeed and it has your answers 100%.
