Hello, I'm Acacia — a former Fortune 500 attorney and business advisor turned heart-centered coach for women who desire to lead with clarity, and confidence, elevate to their highest potential, and be fully seen, supported and paid with purpose.
I'll admit it: I took the long road here.
I started in business advising, moved into sales, and eventually worked my way to Senior Legal Counsel for a Fortune 500.
It looked great on paper — big-name brands, national TV stations, even a professional sports team.
But every “win” came at a cost: my inner peace.
I loved what I did. I just didn’t love how I had to do it:
-The pressure.
-The push.
-The belief that success required a fight.
I thought that was the only way — because that’s what we’ve been taught.
But it’s not the truth. And it’s definitely not the only way to do business.
So I changed my belief system.
I stopped trying to win through force… and started leading from alignment.
I stopped using contracts to defend… and started using them to elevate.
I stopped “pushing through”… and started showing up fully as myself — and watching revenue rise because of it.
Now, I help other women do the same.
